Suggestions to improve journal club		I think 1-2 a year should be in person to really allow for discussion and presentation skills. These are hard to facilitate over zoom.
		I wish we focused more on the actual research methods and critically appraising them rather than solely content
		In-person would be better than zoom in my opinion because it would allow for more interaction between facilitator and participants.
Other comments		Overall, I really enjoyed the journal clubs and learned a lot from them. They were a valuable tool in my medical education.
